NeKaMo Camp is a Christ-centered summer camp located in the heart of the Ozarks near Warsaw, Missouri. As a trusted member of the Association of Cedarbrook Camps, NeKaMo is committed to presenting the gospel of Jesus Christ and creating a transformative environment where youth can grow in faith, character, and confidence. Serving campers entering grades 2 through 12, the camp is designed to foster spiritual formation through intentional programming, biblical teaching, and outdoor adventure.
NeKaMo provides separate camping programs for girls and boys, ensuring focused discipleship and age-appropriate experiences. Campers are grouped by grade level and placed in small cabin communities where they receive mentorship from trained counselors and build lasting friendships. Each day is structured to include morning devotions, small group Bible studies, skill-based activities, and evening campfires that reinforce core values of Christian living and personal responsibility.
Campers enjoy a wide range of activities that promote leadership, creativity, and a connection with God’s creation. These include archery, canoeing, drama, outdoor cooking, nature exploration, and fishing. Whether exploring the woods, learning to paddle, or sharing stories around the fire, every moment is designed to point youth toward a deeper walk with Christ.
The upcoming girls’ camp sessions will be held June 8–14 and June 15–21, 2025. The boys’ camp will run from June 15–21, 2025. Registration is now open, and early registration is encouraged to take advantage of available discounts.
