The core values shared by Cedarbrook Camps serve as the spiritual and operational foundation for each camp’s ministry. These values are affirmed annually through the Spiritual Standard and Statement of Faith, Organizational Goals, and Camper Development Outcomes (2 Corinthians 13:5; Philippians 3:16). Together, they unify the mission of all member camps and ensure alignment with Christ-centered principles.

Cedarbrook Camps collectively affirm their commitment to upholding these values within each camp community(Psalm 133:1). The Association exists to promote and preserve the integrity of these foundational values through leadership functions, educational programs, and the governance structures that guide the Cedarbrook network (1 Corinthians 14:40; Proverbs 11:14).

Cedarbrook Camps are deeply committed to the spiritual development of every camper. We aim to nurture each young person’s personal relationship with God by providing intentional opportunities to:

• Recognize and respond to the need for salvation by accepting Jesus Christ as personal Savior and Lord over every area of life (Romans 10:9–10; Galatians 2:20).
• Study and memorize Scripture, applying Biblical truths and principles to everyday living (Psalm 119:11; 2 Timothy 2:15).
• Engage in personal and group worship, devotional time, prayer, and spiritual reflection to deepen faith and foster ongoing transformation (John 4:23–24; Philippians 4:6–7).

Cedarbrook Camps intentionally draw campers into a deeper connection with God’s creation, helping them see the natural world through a Biblical lens. In doing so, we:

• Teach responsible environmental stewardship and care for the earth as part of our Christian calling (Genesis 2:15; Proverbs 12:10).
