Memberships

The Cedar membership provides the most comprehensive benefits for a camp’s board and staff members. It features the lowest fee multiplier and requires camps to participate in and pay for American Camp Association (ACA) accreditation and membership, which is offered at a discounted rate. Cedar membership is ideal for camps that meet ACA standards and desire full access to Association resources, networking, and leadership opportunities. This option is designed to support long-term growth, camp excellence, and ongoing contribution to the broader Cedarbrook mission and community of camps.

The Brook membership is a strong option for camps that lease their site and/or are not currently ACA-accredited. This level allows camps to participate in Association programs and resources while requiring more frequent ACC reviews than Cedar membership. Brook camps may be working toward ACA accreditation or prefer a more flexible pathway to engagement. This tier ensures camps still benefit from training, networking, and idea-sharing, while maintaining accountability. It’s a great fit for those still growing or refining their camp structure within the Cedarbrook network.

Palm membership functions as a fee-per-benefit tier, giving newer or smaller camps a flexible way to engage with the ACC. It’s ideal for those with limited resources or camps not yet ready for ACA accreditation. Palm members receive access to key benefits and the opportunity to learn from seasoned leaders, attend conferences, and gain experience within the Cedarbrook structure. This entry-level membership fosters familiarity with the Association while empowering leaders and teams with the tools they need to grow, develop, and evaluate future membership levels with confidence.

The Solid Rock membership is meant for individuals who believe in the ACC’s mission but are not currently affiliated with a camp or serving in a leadership capacity. It provides a way to stay connected, contribute, and benefit from communications, training opportunities, and involvement with the broader community. This option is ideal for former staff, board members, donors, or future camp leaders seeking to remain engaged in the work of Christian camping. Solid Rock members provide vital prayer, support, and perspective to the ongoing ministry of ACC and its partner camps.
