Our Purpose

The Association of Cedarbrook Camps, Inc. exists as a Christ-centered support ministry dedicated to equipping and empowering Christian camp leaders. Our purpose is to provide ongoing encouragement (1 Thessalonians 5:11), access to high-quality professional resources, and opportunities for spiritual growth through worship (John 4:24) and fellowship (Acts 2:42). We are committed to fostering strong relationships within an intentional Christian community (Hebrews 10:24–25), where camp leaders can connect, collaborate, and grow together in faith (Colossians 2:6–7).

Through leadership training, shared best practices, and a unified vision, the Association seeks to energize and strengthen each member’s ministry (Ephesians 4:11–13). Our ultimate goal is to make every faith-based camp ministry more impactful and vital in its mission to bring people—children, youth, and adults—into a life-changing relationship with Jesus Christ (Matthew 28:19–20; Romans 10:14–15). As a trusted network for Christian camping professionals, we uphold biblical values (2 Timothy 3:16–17) and support a vibrant ecosystem of discipleship, leadership, and service in outdoor ministry environments (Psalm 19:1; Mark 6:31–32).

The mission of the Association of Cedarbrook Camps is to support and strengthen each member camp in fulfilling its Christ-centered ministry. We are committed to helping Cedarbrook Camps thrive by providing spiritual encouragement, operational guidance, and shared resources that align with biblical values (2 Timothy 3:16–17).

Through intentional collaboration and mutual support (Ecclesiastes 4:9–10), we work together to preserve the unique Cedarbrook Camp experience—one rooted in discipleship, leadership development, and outdoor Christian education (Proverbs 22:6; Matthew 5:14–16). Our mission is to ensure that each camp remains a vibrant, faith-based environment where campers can grow in their relationship with Jesus Christ (Colossians 1:28; John 15:5) and be equipped to live out their faith in everyday life (James 1:22).

By upholding shared values and fostering a culture of excellence in ministry, the Association empowers each Cedarbrook Camp to be a light in their community and a beacon of hope for future generations (Isaiah 60:1; Philippians 2:15).
